Client Agreement and Understanding
Animal communication- It is my absolute honor to serve you and I look forward to working with you and your animal(s). During the telepathic animal communication session your animal will share with me various images, feelings, smells, tastes, and a sense of knowing. Some of the things your animal shares with me may be figurative and others may be literal. As I engage with every session it is my intention to always provide my best and most accurate interpretation of the information I am receiving. It is my intention that each session will serve the animal’s and client’s highest good. I ask that you, as the client, be open to the information you receive and willing to listen to your animal's requests.
Sometimes the conversations with animals can get into some delicate areas including family dynamics and household structure. You and your animal’s confidentiality are of the utmost importance to me, and communications will not be shared with anyone else.
You have freely chosen to participate in an animal communication session. Animal communication is not considered factual or scientific. Any recommendations or changes made to your animal’s care or in your life following the animal communication solely your choice. Animal communication sessions are not a replacement for veterinary care or training.
Reiki- You understand that Reiki is a simple, gentle, healing technique that can be performed distantly and is intended to provide relaxation and help support my pet’s overall health and well-being. You understand that Reiki therapists do not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical treatment. You understand that Reiki is not a supplement for veterinary care or other emotional supportive care. You understand that Reiki can complement any other care that my pet may be receiving. You understand that this session is voluntary. You understand that the safety and care of your pet is ultimately your responsibility.
Refunds- I understand that you have entrusted me with your time, money, and confidence. I take all these responsibilities very seriously. For that reason, if you are dissatisfied for any reason with the live Zoom communication or the information provided you have 2 hours following the delivery of a communication to request a full refund. If you are having a non-live session performed you have 24 hours following the delivery of the session information to request a refund. Any requests made after that time frame will not be honored.
Cancellation -You can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime up to 24 hours before your session.
